VIP TOUR
During a VIP tour, you and your friends/family will enjoy the standard tour followed by an additional half-hour interaction inside our Ambassador Wolf enclosures! You will be considered our “special volunteers for the day,” and get an up close and personal experience with our socialized wolves. Wolf kisses are common! IT IS AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEVER FORGET!  We ask for an additional fee, on top of the tour fee, of $150 for the first 2 people and $50 for each additional person (up to 6) in a family/friend group together. (Space is limited per tour time so ask about VIP availability when you reserve.)

****NOTE: Guests must be 18 or older to participate. Dress for play; Wear only hiking boots or closed toed shoes. Do not wear crocks, sandals or any shoes that allows your foot or toes to be exposed, expensive jewelry, down coats, leather, suede, fur clothing, fur/flux trimmed collars or boots. For safety reasons, no personal items in the enclosures (including cameras, cell phones and pagers).

Due to the potential risks involved in entering the wolf enclosures, you will be required to sign a liability waiver before you go on the tour. Unfortunately, we cannot allow persons who are handicapped mentally or physically, pregnant, person(s) with medical conditions and/or medical devices (e.g., oxygen tanks, walkers, canes, colostomy bags, etc.) or frail elderly persons. Staff will make the determination at the time of the interaction to determine if the individual(s) is physically fit to enter the enclosure. If the VIP tour has been prepaid, the money will be fully refunded.

PHOTO SESSION
We also offer a photo session with the wolves and/or foxes that can be added to a regular tour or a VIP tour.  A CWWC photographer will take several pictures of you and your group interacting with the wolves. Add a photo session to your REGULAR TOUR for an additional $75 for up to 4 and $50 for each additional person up to 6 total individuals or to a VIP TOUR for an additional $50 for up to 6 individuals.

Up to 15 photos are taken in a high resolution jpeg format and have the clarity for making enlargements. We will burn them to a CD for you to take home with you. The ability to hold this session depends on weather conditions and availability of a photographer. Since the photo session involves going into the enclosures with the wolves and/or foxes, all VIP tour rules apply and you will be required to fill out a release form.

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS -
                           AMATEUR/PROFESSIONAL/COMMERCIAL
If you are an amateur or professional photographer who is looking for wolf photos you can sell and use or just looking for a truly unique experience, please consider our PRIVATE PHOTO SESSIONS! You will have one full hour to view and select from many wolves (Timber, Arctic, Mexican and Alaskan), 3 coyote, 4 red fox and 5 swift fox in a very natural environment where photo-manipulation may not even be necessary! We will try to accommodate requests for specific animals based on their circumstances at the time of the shoot. We can provide these sessions any time during the year but recommend the fall and winter seasons when the animals have their most beautiful coats for photographing. Sessions are limited to only 2 photographers per day, so you will have a perfect opportunity to take exclusive photos. Our photography sessions are by reservation only and are limited to morning or late afternoon (best lighting and wolf cooperation). All photographers must sign a release form before entering the enclosures and you must be 18 or older. We do ask for a fee of $450 per 1 hour session. Don’t miss out. Call early and reserve your spot! The photos you take are yours to keep personally or may be used commercially. Please keep in mind that your pictures can help with our mission of conservation so we encourage you to promote the wolf and other wildlife with educational information by your pictures. Thank you.

CWWC has the right to refuse any individuals that we feel are not fit mentally or physically to enter the wolf enclosures or for any reason that could stress or cause harm to our animals or the individuals. One of our handlers will be in the enclosure at all times for the safety of the animals and the photographer as well as to encourage the animals into good locations for pictures as best as possible. While most of these animals are socialized, they are still wild, and our first responsibility is to maintain their sanctuary. Our animals will not perform or pose unnaturally nor will we subject any of our animals to stressful situations. We also reserve the right to reschedule the session at the discretion of the handler if he or she determines it is in the animals’ best interests.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
CWWC allows visitors to bring cameras, but you will be asked to sign a photography release upon arrival. Photos during regular tours CANNOT be used for professional/commercial use. Sorry, WE DO NOT ALLOW TRIPODS OR LENSES OF MORE THAN 70MM AT ANY TIME. If you want to take wolf photos you can sell and use, please ask about our Photography Sessions.

CHILDREN:
Although we respect the playful nature of children, we still cannot allow them to run, wander or behave loudly while visiting. To maintain a peaceful and serene environment for our resident animals and our visiting guests, we do require that children are monitored at all times while on CWWC property. Any parents or children not respecting our policies will be asked to leave the property. Out of respect for other guests and for our animals, please consider if this educational tour is appropriate for children under the age of 5.

SMOKING:
No smoking is allowed during tours. We have a designated smoking area outside our visitor center, and we ask that all cigarette butts be disposed of properly. You’re visiting an area that is very fire sensitive!

PETS:
Pets are discouraged, but when they do accompany you in your travels, for their safety, they must remain in your vehicle at all times. We ask that you keep adequate water supply for your pets and keep your windows cracked. We do not have a pet exercise area so please plan accordingly for your pet’s comfort. A typical visit to CWWC lasts approximately 90 minutes.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE:
CWWC is handicap accessible. We offer special loading and unloading for wheelchair/handicap access and our restrooms are handicap approved. PLEASE NOTE, our terrain is rugged and sometimes muddy, snowy and unpredictable…things that we cannot control. We will be as accommodating as Mother Nature allows us. Call ahead for conditions during inclement weather.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: Individuals who are handicapped or unable to walk the tour (1-hour long and the distance is about 800ft) with advanced notice we can provide a golf cart and a driver. Space is limited to 3 individuals and it is on a first come basis.

Note: The tour is a slow walk and you will be in front of each enclosure for about 5 minutes or so. There is some incline and steps in one area. There are benches along the way and your guide has a two-way radio should you need help for any reason.

RESTROOMS:
CWWC has only one restroom. If you have a large party, please use a restroom before arrival to CWWC (if possible). We are on a small well and septic system. We ask that you help us conserve water.
