NO CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. CWWC is an all-weather venue and is open regardless of weather. No refunds or exchanges will be given for inclement weather or any reason. If you cancel, don’t show or reduce the number of people in your party, you will be charged the full amount and it will be considered a donation to the center.
If you cannot make it for your tour; you have 2 options:

1. You can transfer your reservation to a family member of friend. The same date and time must still be the same. Restrictions may apply.

2. A donation receipt can be rendered for the full amount to any individual that does not participate in the reserved tour.

An exception may be made if CWWC cancels or reschedules your tour.

NO RESERVATION IS FINAL 

until we have called you to confirm the reservation at the number you provide.
